A self-structured questionnaire was used for the comparative study, which included questions about weight, height, and age as well as the frequency and quantity of yogurt and yogurt-containing products consumed. Moreover, it also included the gastrointestinal symptoms rating scale, which was used for the gut health assessment of both groups. Results: Participants completed the entire questionnaire. Yogurt from local shops was preferred by 36% of the participants whereas, 37% preferred to make yogurt at home. Yogurt consumers prefer to have raita and plain yogurt among the yogurt and yogurt-containing products.
